When we said one-stop, we meant that literally! Their services don’t stop at repairs because they do installations and maintenance as well.

What’s cool is that anyone can call them for big or small jobs because they work on residential and commercial properties. Plus, they specialise in various roofing materials, like asphalt shingles, cedar shakes, and torch-on SBS.

From what we’ve seen, these guys know how to do quality work for a decent price. The clients we talked with noted the efficient and effective work of the contractors and that they actually found the cause of the roofing issue.

Sadly, you might need to wait a little while before getting a confirmed schedule because they get busy! On the upside, they offer emergency repairs for immediate service.

No job is too small for All Coast Roofing, and frankly, we agree! Their coverage area is vast, and yes, that includes the city’s surrounding areas and North Vancouver!

Their services are conveniently available for both residential and commercial clients. But what’s awesome is they accept small and complex jobs, which really shows their expertise, don’t you think?

We also really like their wide range of services. They do installation, repairs, maintenance, and emergency repairs. But that’s not all! These guys also offer skylight and solar panel installation and gutter services. 

It’s worth noting that they do quality work, which we gathered from our surveys. Also, many clients were happy to note that all that was for a reasonable price!

We did notice that some clients had to wait a while before getting a schedule. That’s fine, actually, because they do try to fit you into their calendar!

When it comes to workmanship, Millwall Roofing stands out! The company was founded almost two decades ago, so we weren’t surprised at all.

They’re like your neighbourhood roofing professional because the service is very quick. Even the clients we spoke with noted how reliable they were—add to the mix the friendly approach we’ve seen, and they’re golden!

Plus, they accept residential and commercial clients. They’re also equipped to handle different kinds of roofs, such as sloped, flat, slate, and cedar roofing.

It’s notable, too, that they pretty much handle any kind of roofing service, including installation, re-roofing, maintenance, and repairs! 

Sadly, their availability isn’t the best. They’re closed on Sundays, so even if they do emergency repairs, their regular hours are still limited for other services.

Nevertheless, they’re the kind you want to wait for. Their prices are affordable and they stick to the budget, which avoids surprise charges!

If there’s a roofing company in Vancouver we found that has a lot of coverage, it’s Adanac Roofing & Gutters. They service the Lower Mainland, which includes North and West Vancouver, Burnaby, and surrounding areas!

Furthermore, they’re open 7 days a week, although phone consultations are only from Tuesday to Saturday. We love how their availability avoids high emergency fees since they close late.

These guys work on metal, shingle, flat, and strata roofing. Plus, they’re available for residential and commercial clients.

We appreciate they don’t skimp on quality. They get independent inspections by manufacturers and they’re strict about complying with factory-certified installations to ensure no warranty is voided!

It’s also worth noting that Adanac Roofing & Gutters is a family company with three generations of roofing contractors. The perk of this is you get more personalised attention, which past clients have mentioned lots of times!
