They’re located in downtown Vancouver, making them a great stop for pretty much anyone because of their central position. Their office is in the middle of Granville and Waterfront SkyTrain stations!

Plus, they’re available for off-site appointments, which is not a usual offering for notary publics. It’s awesome they can go to your location, including care homes and hospitals.

To top it off, their notary public services are available in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. The flexibility sure is incredible, especially for newcomers to Canada.

While they’re still new in the business (they only started in 2020), we still trust them because of their specialisation. They assist with travel authorisation letters, affidavits, last wills, and more.

Their services are not expensive, too. Most clients we surveyed appreciated their reasonable prices, coupled with a very smooth and professional process.

We love a highly qualified notary public, which Morris Notary is! Their notary public, Kieran Morris, is also a personal injury lawyer, making him super knowledgeable about legal documents.

You can get anything notarized here, such as real estate transfers, power of attorney documents, and affidavits. These are normal for notary publics, but it’s nice he doesn’t have limited services despite his busy schedule.

His flexibility also deserves massive points! We appreciate that he’s available for weekend appointments and after-work hours, which shows his dedication to the job, no?

Our only issue? We heard complaints regarding the shortcomings of his staff, particularly with late communication.

On the positive side, he and his team can work around tight deadlines. They also compensate for their rates, which are fair based on flexibility and convenience.

It’s worth noting that this notary public service in Vancouver is LGBTQ-friendly! We love it when a safe space introduces itself.

If you’re looking for a convenient notary public in Vancouver, Wynne Fong is one option! We like her because she specialises in a lot of things, making her accessible to many.

Her services include real estate and incapacity planning, transactions, and a wide range of general notary public services. Aside from her specialisations, her flexibility won us over too!

Another thing we like is her location in Langara Gardens, which is an accessible place in Vancouver. There’s free street parking and a bus stop on the other side of the road, although the closest SkyTrain station is a 15-minute walk away.

Unfortunately, her office currently doesn’t accept walk-ins. Even though her office is open 5 days a week, you still need to book an appointment,

Still, she has a flexible schedule. Aside from accepting Saturday appointments, mobile services are available too!

And when we say flexibility, it includes services in Cantonese, Mandarin, and Japanese! Awesome, right?

What we like about Champlain Notary Public is their reliability. They’re a full-service office that speaks Cantonese and Mandarin!

We like that their services are extensive. They notarize documents for real estate, wills and estate planning, declarations and affidavits, and certified true copies.

They shine through their location. Their office is in Champlain Square, which is close to major routes and has plenty of parking areas.

However, their office is closed on Saturday and Sunday, which limits their availability. Unlike other notaries in Vancouver that offer weekend appointments, they’re completely closed.

On the upside, there’s no need to book an appointment because they accept walk-ins! Plus, their prices are more affordable than the others in the area, which is very helpful when you have lots of documents.

When it comes to efficiency, they received praise. The clients we talked with even said that they were in and out in just minutes, even without an appointment.

The thing we like about Juris Notary is they can get the job done. This was evident when we did our client surveys, where most individuals we spoke with noted how quick and easy the whole process was.

Service-wise, there’s a lot. They notarize real estate transfers, personal planning documents, affidavits, certified true copies, and more.

They’re located in Burnaby, but that’s fine. We didn’t have any issue reaching their office because they’re just a couple of minutes’ walk away from Lougheed SkyTrain station.

We do hope they’ll bring back their mobile services for clients who can’t travel for work or health reasons. Right now, it’s not available due to staff shortage.

Like other notaries, they’re available for Saturday appointments, which is a nice alternative to the mobile service.

When it comes to prices, they’re competitive! We were pleased with their overall rates, which gives you a really good value for money!
