On a good note, it’s a Neighbourly company – a community of home service experts. What we like about this is the promise of returning if the technicians didn’t do the job correctly.

We want to note that Mr. Appliance has a 1-year warranty for labour and parts for residential clients. Meanwhile, commercial clients will get 30 days for parts and labour.

Another factor we appreciate is the technicians have the skills to repair major dryer brands. Further, these include Whirlpool, Samsung, and LG.

Aside from that, we like how they can immediately provide replacement parts. Some dryer repair companies in Edmonton don’t have these readily available, resulting in inconvenient delays.

Although everything seems great, we were disappointed to hear about some technicians showing up way later than the promised time frame. We feel this is impolite, especially since the clients waited for hours.

Another criticism we heard was the high costs. Others mentioned that their final prices were way higher than the original estimates, which many were shocked about.

However, they have discounts occasionally available. We were glad to hear about this because it helps clients save money, especially since broken dryers are mostly unexpected.

One of the things we like is the promise of a 100% guarantee. For us, this shows the company’s trust in its technicians and their expertise.

Additionally, they can fix different types of household appliances. And this includes new models, even technologically-advanced ones.

To boot, they sell refurbished appliances. Understandably, some damaged ones can be impossible to fix, so purchasing affordable appliances can be the only option for people on a budget.

Moreover, they test all appliances beforehand. Also, everything they sell is an original product, which we appreciate.

Besides that, the technicians have continuously shown honesty and transparency. The clients we surveyed said they felt the team were sincere when explaining the dryer’s issues. 

Moreover, they don’t oversell their service, which we appreciate. Some clients even said that the technicians suggested buying a new dryer if the repair would cost much more.

Unfortunately, we heard some customer service complaints. There were times when some didn’t get a response when trying to book an appointment through calls or email.

Aside from that, they only use original components from manufacturers or trusted distributors. We feel this is worth appreciating because not all appliance repair companies in Edmonton use original parts.
