Aside from usual customers, we like that brides-to-be can have a one-stop shop for the added flare they need for their wedding.

Also, most customers we’ve surveyed noted that the staff are professional and friendly.  In our book, this is a plus because such an approach elevates the whole customer experience.

While the standard women’s haircut comes for $100, opting for the expertise of seasoned hairstylists can set you back anywhere from $150 to $300. So, we think their rates are a bit steeper than other salons.

Still, considering that these professionals have over 25 years of experience, this might make it a splurge worth considering.

Unfortunately, Salon Solis closes their doors on Sundays and Mondays, limiting your options for a glow-up session.

However, some customers we’ve surveyed expressed concerns about delayed replies and appointment issues. We wish they could work on responsiveness to ensure a smoother experience for everyone.

Vescada is also closed on Sundays and Mondays, which we think would be a minor setback if your planned pampering session hits those days.

Nevertheless, Vescada is near Jane Station subway and bus stations. Although they only have curbside parking, we like their proximity to a paid parking area as it gives an alternative for those driving.

Moreover, we believe affordability is a defining feature of CL Salon. With rates starting at $85 for women and $60 for men, they can offer low-cost solutions that cater to a different clientele at reasonable prices.

While having only curbside parking is a bit of a downside, the salon’s proximity to bus and tram stations offers alternative transit options. However, we acknowledge that the moderately heavy traffic in the area could pose a challenge for those commuting by car.

With nearly a decade of operation, Evolve Hair Studio has solidified their presence for us. We appreciate the abundance of staff members with distinct hair care expertise because it ensures versatile styling that caters to different customer needs.

From classic haircuts and vibrant colouring to extensions, styling, and rejuvenating treatments, we think Evolve Hair Studio can provide it with all. We think this is a pro, as clients can be at peace knowing they can get all their hair care essentials in one shop.

Meanwhile, their basic haircut, starting at $80, is affordable. For those looking for a makeover, they charge from $140 to $200, which we believe is pretty competitive in Toronto’s market.
