From what we’ve seen, Pacific West Cleaners may be a lesser-known cleaning company, but they do deserve some of the spotlight because of their high-end technology. 

One perfect example of this is their vacuum uses a filtration technology that’s able to get rid of 99% impurities.

They also have an electrostatic spray that comes in handy in sanitising an office or a household 24/7. 

We like how they partner these tools with hospital-grade disinfectant products, leaving no room for germs and bacteria to grow after a while–perfect for keeping families and employees safe.

Upon speaking with their former clients, one thing that we appreciate is that many commended how the cleaners who arrived on-site were friendly and approachable. 

This is an instant green flag in our books, as it makes it easier for clients to communicate their thoughts about the overall partnership.

As for the things we didn’t like about Pacific West Cleaners, we could only name a couple. Firstly, we didn’t like how they didn’t have a physical office, which can make booking quite difficult considering that their customer service wasn’t as easy to reach.

Lastly, we thought that they could’ve added more services under their belt considering that they use up-to-date equipment and hospital-grade disinfectants.

JAN-PRO Vancouver was a name that kept popping up when we were searching around for janitorial services in Vancouver, and we think this is because of their affiliation with both small and big businesses. 

Safe to say, we’re confident that they’re a reputable company, as their previous clients had a lot of positive things to say online.

We also took a closer look and found out that their team goes through rigorous training before being certified. 

This certification training is a plus in our books since it makes sure that the cleaning team that will be assigned to their clients has a full understanding of what they’re doing.

As for their offerings, we wanted to highlight one particular service called EnviroSheild, which ensures that employees are safe from any kind of virus. They’re able to do this by using an electrostatic spray that disperses eco-friendly non-toxic cleaning products.

On the downside, we’re sad to find that their rates were way more than what other companies were offering for the same services–though one could argue that they use better equipment.

Plus, something we can see that bothered some clients we surveryed was that they don’t offer household cleaning services. If you can look past this, however, and you’re solely focused on getting your offices or buildings cleaned, this company is a solid choice.

Right off the bat, Foster Janitorial impressed us with how complete their packages were when we were checking them out. For instance, their office building cleaning service already includes dusting, window cleaning, waste management, trash bag replacement, and more.

But one thing that makes them stand out from the rest is that they also clean IT equipment. For us, it’s a unique addition that can cater to a certain target audience, especially offices.

It’s also worth noting that they’ve been in the industry for more than 10 years, making them one of the most reputable names when it comes to cleaning. This is great to know for those who have trouble trusting new companies who aren’t tenured enough.

We have a feeling that you wouldn’t be second-guessing their staff too, as they’re handpicked during the hiring process. From what we’ve seen regarding their standards, we’re quite confident that the staff are experienced and dedicated.

Unfortunately, we didn’t like how their rates were higher than the usual prices that other companies charge.

We were also disappointed that they don’t offer residential cleaning services. That said, they do make up for this by providing office and retail store cleaning services. 

When it comes to being eco-friendly, AspenClean leaves and breathes being green. We like how they use 100% natural products, from their window cleaning formula to their floor detergent and anything in between.

In our opinion, these products are great, as they don’t leave any harmful toxins in the air or on the surface of your office or residence. This way, your area will be clean and the people residing in it will be safe from harmful chemicals at the same time.

We also found that they do a great job of making clients feel safe and confident with their staff, as they do a criminal background check with each one. In our books, it’s simple things like this that make a huge difference in choosing a trusted company.

On the downside, we think that the main thing that could be bothersome to other clients is that their location is quite far from downtown Vancouver. Plus, we felt that they could update some of their equipment.

However, we appreciate that they can cater to both residential buildings and offices, which makes them a great one-stop shop. 

And speaking of shops, we love that they also have an in-house store where you can buy some of their cleaning products so that you can maintain the cleanliness in your area!
