We appreciate that Lee was born and raised in Vancouver, giving her insider knowledge about the complexities of the local housing market. Her clients were sure happy about all her local housing advice, especially the newcomers.

She assists with buying and selling properties, such as detached houses, townhouses, and condos. We also like that she includes Airbnb-friendly listings for clients who want to invest in real estate.

However, while she has an extensive listing, we still felt there weren’t a lot of budget-friendly options. Nonetheless, what’s more important in our books is that Lee is friendly, responsive, not pushy, and not ridiculously expensive.

Matt Kuras of The Residential Group Realty knows the ins and outs of real estate in Vancouver. He caught our attention because of his solid reputation and also because he’s part of the Top 10% of the Medallion Club realtors in the metro!

He handles buying and selling properties, including luxury and more affordable houses, in a wide coverage area, making him accessible to many clients. Aside from Vancouver, he also caters to clients in the surrounding areas, like Port Moody.

A noteworthy addition is his property management services. It makes him a two-in-one agent for real estate investments, which is awesome for property buyers. Plus, his commission rate is 7% of the first $100,000, which is typical in Vancouver.

But, we think his team could improve more when communicating with clients. There were some reports of unresponsiveness, but most clients we spoke with had positive experiences.

Furthermore, his clients appreciated the way Chahl even tapped into his connections, which he used to assist home sellers in making their properties look more appealing.

Finally, it’s worth noting that Chahl is accessible. His real estate services cover Vancouver and its surrounding areas, even up to Whistler!

However, we think it would be nice to see an updated listing page on her website since it doesn’t show many options. Currently, potential buyers need to book an appointment first before seeing all available homes.

Finally, the clients we spoke with had only good things to say about Miller, especially about her supportive nature. Many appreciate how she checked in without feeling pushy and patiently showed them around all the areas they might be interested in.
