During our client surveys, All Star Roofing was constantly praised for its effective service. Their roofers found even the smallest issues, which helped prevent them from getting worse.

We also like that they’re available seven days a week, which comes in handy for emergencies. On top of that, they have 24/7 services for urgent roofing needs!

However, they’re slightly pricier than other roof repair services in the area. On the upside, this wasn’t a major issue during our surveys because their work was incredible, so you get what you pay for!

We like the accessibility of Cooper Roofing. They handle residential, commercial, and multi-family roof repairs in the Lower Mainland, which is very convenient for residents!

Another thing we like is they offer emergency roof repair services. That was surprising since their regular operating hours don’t include weekends.

We can safely say that they’re a lifesaver when your roof starts leaking or if the damage is bad. From what we’ve observed, their roofers know how to finish the job quickly!

The clients we spoke with appreciated the team’s efficient and effective service. They didn’t encounter roof problems after the job, which shows excellent workmanship!

Unfortunately, some had issues regarding long waiting times. There were instances when they had to wait for weeks, which isn’t good when it’s rainy season.

As a family-owned and operated roofing company, Nika Roofing can provide you with a personalised service. Their clients complimented their friendliness and professionalism, even if the repairs were minor.

Their coverage area also surprised us… in a good way! Despite their North Vancouver location, they still cater to residential clients in the Lower Mainland.

And while they also accept commercial jobs, it’s just not their main focus. They mostly cater to residential projects, so that means industrial repairs will have to look somewhere else.

Nonetheless, they’re open 24/7 because their roofers are available for emergency roof repairs! We also want to highlight their fast service—like, really fast!

Most clients noted their efficiency, arriving at the job within a few hours after the initial call. Others even said the roofers showed up in two hours, which is an impressive time, considering they’re in North Vancouver!

All in all, they’re solid! The cherry on top is their reasonable prices!

Plus, they cater to residential and commercial clients, making them accessible in Vancouver. However, they’re a small company with a small team, so in peak months, booking them may be tough.

That’s fine since they’ve been praised for being reliable. These roofers also have a flexible schedule, offering same-day inspections and repairs—except there are no 24/7 emergency services.

They compensate for their reasonable pricing, though. Clients felt they got the best value for money due to the excellent quality of service—the roofers were responsive, fast, and professional!

“Mike is very reliable. After my inlaw’s house’s roofing was replaced by Mike and his team earlier this year, we call Mike back to do my parents’ house roofing. Was promised to start the work at the end of June, and they sure did even the weather was not looking very promising. Valley Metal Roofing knows how to do repairs right! Their roofers have provided excellent workmanship in every job, according to the clients we talked with.

We also like how accessible they are, as they cater to residential and commercial clients in the Lower Mainland.

But here’s the catch: they only do metal roofing, which means they have a limited range of services. Metal roofs are low maintenance and durable anyway, so we understand why they specialise in it.

Despite that small setback, these guys know how to provide good customer service! From what we’ve seen, their roofers have been professional, considerate, and able to finish the job on time!

Although they don’t offer 24/7 emergency services, we can forgive that because they’re known to arrive on time!

Plus, it’s awesome that they can provide solutions that will work within the client’s budget. To make it even better, they offer affordable rates and financing options!
